WBC HISTORY

Word Bible College was founded in Jacksonville, Florida, in August 1995 by Dr. Kim Daniels, under the covering of Jacksonville Theological Seminary.  Word Bible College started as a local Saturday School of Ministry with only 20 students.  As the vision of Word Bible College grew more intense Dr. Daniels began to see the fruit of the school in the lives of her students.

In 1999, Word Bible College was accredited by the National Private School Accreditation Alliance of Atlanta, Georgia as a class IV Academic Institution with Associate, Bachelor, Master and Doctoral degree programs.  Since then, graduates of Word Bible College have obtained employment as well as leadership and managerial positions at agencies such as Families First, Children and Families, Gateway Community Services, Prudential Insurance Company, Healthy Families, and many others counseling and social service companies.

Word Bible College students draw from the five-fold anointing and spiritual expertise of Dr. Daniels and the WBC teaching staff by receiving impartation and activation that has equips them for success in ministerial and secular work environments.  Today Word Bible College has expanded its reach educating students across the nation and around the world.
